| The Beach Café - Built around an 18th-century sugar mill's stone walls. Open-air seating by beachfront pool. Buffet and à la carte breakfasts. Lunch menu featuring West Indian roti, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and pizza. Caribbean-accented dinners with choices such as mahi mahi with Creole sauce, barbecue ribs, steaks, and lobster. Wednesday night West Indian buffet with live music. Sunday night Caribbean barbecue. Separate bar serving cocktails and tropical drinks.
Garden Restaurant - Multi-level, open-air, linen-table dining, with bamboo garden at entrance, floodlit tropical garden in front. Caribbean/Continental menu with choices such as duck with tamarind sauce, red snapper baked in puff pastry, seared yellowfin tuna crusted with sesame and pepper. Open for dinner only from Monday through Saturday, and Sunday brunch. Dress code: long pants or dress shorts and collared shirts for men.
